Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Paola And Joy hereinafter referred to as "the Company," offers a limited warranty for its lighting products, specifically table lamps and floor lamps, sold within the Australian and New Zealand market. This warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). During this period, the Company will repair or replace or refund, at its discretion, any defective lighting product in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
a. Cosmetic wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or fading of the lamp's finish.
b. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation, including incorrect voltage or electrical issues.
c. Damage resulting from natural disasters, such as fire, flood, or earthquakes.
d. Modifications or alterations to the product made without prior written consent from the Company.
e. Consumable components, such as light bulbs.
f. Products purchased from unauthorised dealers or sellers.
g. Products that do not have valid proof of purchase, such as a dated sales receipt.
3. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Provide your proof of purchase, order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photographs and videos of the fault
b. Our Customer Service team will guide you through the necessary steps to assess the claim. This may include troubleshooting, requesting additional information, or arranging for the return of the product for inspection.
c. If the product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturing or material defect, the Company will repair, replace or refund the product. The Company reserves the right to substitute products or components of equal or greater quality if the original product is unavailable.
4. Warranty Process
a. The Company will make reasonable efforts to process warranty claims within a reasonable time frame. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to assess and resolve your claim.
b. The cost of shipping the defective product to our service center is the responsibility of the customer. The Company will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to the customer within Australia.
c. If a product or component is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will continue to apply, starting from the date of the original purchase.
5. Customer Responsibilities
a. Properly maintain and use the lighting product in accordance with the user manual and any provided instructions.
b. Retain a copy of the original proof of purchase, as it will be required for warranty claims.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, and in no event shall the Company be liable for any consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Governing Law
This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the consumer laws of Australia.
